MANUFACTURING FACILITY AT HARDWAR

LOCATION

Plant is located at SIDCUL Tax Free Zone of Hardwar on 2 acre piece of land.

The plant enjoys tax freedom up-till 2018 as per prevailing rules.

The manufacturing facility is housed in 12000 sq ft of ACC built up   area and RCC 16000 sqft (on two floors) which is a total of 20000 sq ft land coverage. This can be increased to 40000 sqft as and when needed.

MANUFACTURING FACILITIES

Plant is divided into two parts:

1. Powder plant

2. Cake / Bar plant

POWDER PLANT – 36000 MT per annum

It consists of a ribbon blender having manufacturing capability to blend 90 MT of powder detergent per day amounting to 2250mt per month on 25 days working. This capacity can be increased to 3000 MT per month by incremental cost of about Rs 40 lacs.

The powder packing system consists of band sealers for large packs and cup filler volumetric machines for small packs. Their size and number can be increased commensurate with ribbon blender capacity.

CAKE / BAR PLANT – 12000 MT per annum

This section is responsible to manufacture detergent cake and dish washing / scouring bar.

The equipment consists of a Sigma Mixture coupled with vacuum plauder. The plant can extrude 35-45 MT per day of cake dough depending upon the size and shape of cake. This equipment is connected with cake wrapping machines suitable for various pack sizes. On full capacity, this plant on average produces 1000 MT of product mix per month. For increasing the capacity, we need to duplicate the plant of similar higher size.

ACID SLURRY PLANT - 15000 MT per annum

The plant has a semi-continuous acid slurry plant capable of producing 1250 MT per month of slurry (90%-92%) with better clarity and low residual acid content, thus making it suitable especially for liquid detergents.

This acid slurry plant can support up to 9500 MT of detergents production per month which is 1, 14, 000 MT per annum of various detergent products.

OTHER FACILITIES

The Haridwar plant has separate storage facilities for liquids. Plant has 150% power back-up. It has its own dedicated (QC) Lab.
